The SG Am Jam was a complete success with almost 30 great female Skateboards taking part. the top prize went to Brook Whipp from Salt Lake City. Thanks to everyone who made this contest so fun!
This year’s Supergirl Jam events kick-off on Wednesday, June 30 at SKATELAB. The first event in this year’s Supergirl Jam series, the Supergirl Am Jam, will feature a street contest for the top amateur girls. The winner earns a spot in the invitation-only pro competition during the Supergirl Jam on August 22nd in Venice Beach. Last year, Abby Zsarnay (a Ventura County local and frequent LAB skater), took top amateur honors and competed with the pros in Venice.
To celebrate the Supergirl Am Jam, all girls skate free all day on June 30.
