THE FOLLOWING IS FOR PRIVATE RESERVATIONS BEFORE OR AFTER OUR REGULAR BUSINESS HOURS.
You can reserve the Skatelab facility For birthdays, special occasions, filming or Just a fun Session with a few of your friends. Create an experience you will never forget when you reserve Skatelab!
1 HOUR PRIVATE RENTAL = $150
2 HOUR PRIVATE RENTAL = $300
3 HOUR PRIVATE RENTAL = $450
• 1 hour minimum. Up to as many hours as you like
(most people reserve the park for 2 hours)
• Skatelab can be can be reserved privately BEFORE or AFTER regular business hours (please refer to schedule).
• When you rent our entire facility, you are welcome to mix skateboards, scooters, bikes and rollerblades. It's up to you!
• You are welcome to have a total of 30 skateboarders, scooters, bike riders, rollerbladers. You can have more than 30 participants but an additional fee of $5 will apply for each extra rider.
• You are welcome to bring your own food and beverage. Guests have full use of our picnic tables downstairs and our large upstairs balcony. Lots of seating and space for everyone!
• Skatelab allows 15 minutes before and 15 minutes after your scheduled time to set up and break down party.
• All rental Helmets and Pads are included at no additional charge.
• A private Skateboard instructor can be added to your reservation for an additional $30 per hour. Please request an instructor when booking your party.
• No other entertainment or activities may be set up unless authorized by a Skatelab Manager in advance of your reservation time. Reservations are solely intended for the use of the Skatepark (for the use of skateboarding, scooter riding, bike riding, rollerblading) and not any other entertainment or activity. Please contact Skatelab directly if you are interested in reserving our location for any other reasons. Additional conditions may apply.
• Must be 18 or older with a valid credit card to reserve the Skatepark. All regular park requirements apply during private reservations (ie- completed waiver form on file, helmet required if under 18 years of age)
There will be an additional $75 charge for every half-hour any reservation runs over their scheduled time. A $50 non-refundable deposit is required to make a reservation. A credit card number is required when reserving the Skatepark.

Any Skatelab staff member will be more than happy to assist you with making a reservation by phone. We are also happy to answer any questions you may have. Skatelab staff is great at recommending times and ideas that will work best for you to meet your needs.
